Data deletion

1. For companies using Dconnect

Disconnect a channel. In Dconnect, inside Bitrix24, open Settings, Channels, and disconnect WhatsApp or Instagram. Dconnect stops using that channel.

Remove access to the account. On Instagram, open Settings, Apps and websites, and remove Dconnect. On WhatsApp, remove the app's access in the Meta business portfolio. The account and phone number remain the company's.

Uninstall from Bitrix24. In Applications, in Bitrix24, uninstall Dconnect. Conversations already recorded in the CRM and Contact Center remain in the company's portal.

Request data deletion. Email privacidade@dresultado.com with the company name, the Bitrix24 portal address, the email of the person in charge and what should be deleted (all data or the data of one channel). We confirm receipt within 5 business days, deliver an export in an open format within 15 days if the company asks, and complete deletion of Dresultado's copies within 60 days. Records the law requires us to keep, such as access logs and tax documents, are kept for the legal period and deleted afterwards.

2. For a company's contacts

If you talked to a company on WhatsApp or Instagram, your data belongs to that company, which is the controller. Send your deletion request directly to it. If you cannot reach the company, write to privacidade@dresultado.com with the company name and the phone number or username you used in the conversation; we will forward the request and help the company handle it.

3. For Facebook and Instagram users

If you connected an account to Dconnect and removed the app's access in your Facebook or Instagram settings, Meta sends us a deletion request. You receive a confirmation code and an address to track the request. We handle it as described in item 1. To also request deletion of data received by other means, write to privacidade@dresultado.com with the code.

4. What happens next

Messages that went through Meta follow Meta's policy, and Meta may keep them for up to 30 days for the API to work. Conversations recorded in the company's Bitrix24 remain under its control. Dresultado backups are deleted in their expiry cycle, within 30 days. We record the completion of each request.
